Build and maintain a scalable design system covering components, patterns, typography, color themes, and overall visual direction, ensuring consistency across web and mobile.

Define and implement the product’s brand identity, including fonts, logo, color palette, iconography, and accessibility standards.

Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for dashboards, reporting/analytics pages, campaign workflows, billing, and other SaaS-specific modules.

Deliver responsive, intuitive, and data-driven UI/UX experiences optimized for performance and usability across devices.

Work closely with product managers and developers in agile sprints, ensuring fast-paced design delivery and smooth handoff via Figma/Zeplin or similar tools.

Conduct design reviews, enforce quality standards, and iterate designs based on feedback, usability studies, and analytics.

Leverage Lighthouse measurements, design analytics tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.), A/B testing, and user research to continuously improve design performance and experience.

Act as design lead—mentoring junior designers, fostering a strong design culture, and influencing product roadmap with user-first design thinking.

8–10 years of proven experience designing SaaS platforms (web and mobile), with a strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and workflow-driven products.

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Miro.

Strong experience creating and scaling design systems for complex digital products.

Deep understanding of SaaS UX patterns, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Flutter) and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Hands-on experience with design analytics, usability testing, and modern UX KPIs.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to deliver at the pace of a high-velocity development team.

Nice to have experience in Martech/AdTech platforms, motion design/micro-interactions, multi-language SaaS design, and AI-driven design workflows.
