Overview of the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our BuyerHub platform, the buy-side hub for programmatic deals and audience activation with a strong emphasis on deep agency expertise and industry relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a major media agency or trading desk (e.g., WPP/GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG) or has held an agency-facing product role in ad tech with sustained, senior agency relationships. You will translate real-world agency workflows, pain points, and buying behaviors into product requirements and deliver solutions that improve deal creation, activation, and performance at scale.

A key expectation is that you can credibly represent InMobi in agency meetings, speak the “agency language,” and leverage strong relationships to accelerate access to relevant agency stakeholders working in close partnership with Sales/Account Management for commercial motions. You will run discovery sessions, co-innovation pilots, and beta programs with agencies, and drive adoption by building the right product and enabling agencies to succeed with it.

This is a core product leadership position driving a flagship product at InMobi. BuyerHub is at the heart of our growth strategy and your work will directly influence revenue, partner adoption, and long-term strategic relationships across the agency ecosystem.

The impact you’ll make:

  1. Agency-Led Product Discovery & Requirements
    • Lead structured discovery with agency stakeholders (planning, activation, trading, analytics, operations) to identify unmet needs and workflow gaps.
    • Convert qualitative inputs into clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria; resolve ambiguity and align teams on outcomes.
    • Run workshops (journey mapping, requirements working sessions, usability tests) and build iterative feedback loops with agencies.
  1. Product Vision & Roadmap
    • Define and execute the roadmap for BuyerHub with agency workflows as a first-class design input.
    • Drive omni-channel expansion (web, mobile, CTV) and advanced deal and audience activation capabilities.
    • Build/extend tools for deal planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational governance.
  1. External Stakeholder Leadership & Agency Relationships
    • Represent Product in agency meetings and working sessions, lead discussions with confidence and credibility.
    • Leverage and grow relationships to facilitate introductions and accelerate access to relevant agency stakeholders for discovery, pilots, and roadmap validation.
    • Partner with Sales/AM to plan agency engagements (QBR support, product readouts, co-innovation pilots) and ensure product feedback is systematically captured and actioned.
  1. Feature Development & Execution
    • Partner with UX and Engineering to conceptualize, spec, and launch features that improve agency efficiency and drive spend.
    • Build for agency operations: governance/permissions, workflow automation, troubleshooting workflows, and reporting consistency.
    • Own release readiness: documentation, training, and enablement assets for internal teams and agency users.
  1. Platform Optimization & Scale
    • Improve BuyerHub’s scalability, latency, stability, and reliability for high-volume deal creation and activation.
    • Ensure compatibility across devices and integrations used by agencies and advertisers.
  1. Data-Driven Prioritization & KPI Ownership
    • Own product metrics such as deal volume, spend throughput, self-serve adoption, partner activation, retention, and platform uptime.
    • Define and track agency adoption signals (e.g., number of agencies in pilot/beta, usage by key workflows, time-to-launch for deal setup, repeat usage).
    • Use data, research, and client feedback to prioritize backlog, diagnose issues, and lead corrective initiatives.

The experience we need:

Core requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience delivering B2B/platform products with strong cross-functional execution.
  • Strong agency domain experience, demonstrated via one of the following:
    • 3+ years at a top-tier media agency/trading desk (e.g., WPP/GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG), OR
    • 5+ years in an agency-facing ad tech product role with consistent engagement and proven relationships with major agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage senior agency relationships to drive product discovery, pilots, and adoption (in partnership with Sales/AM).
  • Strong requirements and product discovery skills: ability to gather inputs from external partners and translate them into clear, high-quality PRDs/specs.
  • Executive presence in external meetings: able to lead discussions, manage senior stakeholders, and navigate complex partner dynamics.
  • Strong analytical ability: comfortable using data to prioritize, measure impact, and diagnose adoption/performance issues (SQL/data tooling is a plus).
  • Ad tech/programmatic knowledge strongly preferred: DSPs, exchanges, deal types, audience activation, and measurement basics.

Preferred qualifications

  • Deep familiarity with agency operating models: planning-to-activation workflows, trading desk operations, measurement/reporting expectations, and common operational blockers.
  • Knowledge of programmatic deals and audience activation (PMP/PG/PD, supply paths, audience onboarding, identity/privacy changes).
  • Experience building external-facing products where partner adoption and workflow fit are critical to success.
  • Technical acumen with APIs and integrations; ability to discuss architecture trade-offs and interpret logs/outputs.
  • Global product experience across regions/markets; comfort with localization and compliance considerations.
  • Experience operating in an agile, fast-moving environment.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
