Client Growth Manger  

Team Overview:  

InMobi’s Client Services (CS) Org oversees the end-to-end relationship and business management for InMobi’s advertising clients across the globe. This function is structured regionally and focuses on nurturing and growth of client relationships in the specific region (North America/ EMEA/ APAC), serving their needs across InMobi’s different ad platforms (InMobi DSP, CTV, Affiliates and Glance Folders). The team runs the region's overall revenue engine from the demand side while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The team combines exceptional client servicing skills with an excellent understanding of the technological, operational, and commercial aspects of the mobile advertising ecosystem. It is focused on driving sales strategy, scaling existing accounts, growing InMobi’s market share in the regions, and developing our reputation of being an industry leader in mobile advertising.  

What will you be doing? 

InMobi is looking for an outstanding Account Manager to join our EMEA Client Services team in Bangalore. This role is a client facing one where the person will be the primary POC for driving any kind of client conversation associated with his/her set of key accounts. This person will own stakeholder management both internally (Sales, Product, Adops, Engg, Design, Supply, Legal, Finance, Marketing) and externally (Advertisers and Agencies) to drive cross-functional support to maximize media flow and net revenue, as well as strengthen the customer relationship with InMobi. We are looking for sharp, analytical, quick learners with strong communication skills, client facing experience and a positive attitude, who can solve complex problems in a structured manner, have experience of working in cross-functional roles and develop close strategic relationships with key clients in the mobile programmatic ecosystem, while proactively and clearly communicating data and insights to sales, supply, product teams and to global leadership.   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Complete ownership of account management and media flow/revenue targets from a portfolio of key clients in EMEA focusing on performance marketing on Inmobi DSP 
  • Develop strong client relationships with advertisers and agencies – managing their expectation and resolving their day-to-day queries  
  • Build a strong hold on the different lines of business from technical, operational and commercial aspect to have a clear understanding of the optimizations required to scale the accounts  
  • Grow accounts by cross-selling and up-selling new market opportunities, products, etc. by utilizing data-driven insights and forecasting to support recommendations  
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationship and orchestrate the cross-functional support required to ensure that ad campaigns are delivered to meet client expectations: Track and resolve key client issues in a proactive manner and manage expectations internally and externally 
  • Ability to take ownership and getting things done in the stipulated time 
  • Provide feedback and help shape the product, data and supply roadmaps by communicating client requirements and larger market trends  
  • Lead key strategic conversations and drivers required to increase the overall revenue of EMEA region 
  • This role reports to the Manager - Account Management, EMEA Client Services and is based out of Bangalore  

What do we require from you? 

Must have: 

  • Work experience of 4+ years  
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA will be a plus)  
  • Experience in programmatic account management (DSPs/exchanges/networks/agencies) with an understanding of mobile and/or digital advertising ecosystem  
  • Strong and robust MS Excel/ppt skills and proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning  
  • Good communication skills to convey clearly to internal and external stakeholders  

Good to have: 

  • Deep understanding of mobile app performance ecosystem (DSPs, MMPs, KPIs, SKAN, etc.) 
  • Agile, flexible, logical and analytical in terms of work  
  • Have a strategic approach to relationship building vs. transactional approach  
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity  
  • Ability to work across different global cultures comfortably
