About the Role

We are looking to hire a full-time Actuary with experience in Medicare Advantage Part D modeling for our team. This role reports to the AVP of Actuarial. This role will be responsible for the Life Sciences Segment within Innovaccer

A Day in the Life

• Conduct detailed actuarial analyses to support Medicare Advantage Part D initiatives.
• Experience with PBM contract negotiation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies related to Part D modeling.
• Lead the development of predictive models and present findings to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Model formulary impacts on Part D costs to ensure competitive pricing and compliance.
• Analyze the impacts of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) on Part D costs and adjust models accordingly.
• Utilize VRDC data to enhance analytical capabilities and support decision-making.

 What You Need

• ASA or FSA designation
• 3 years of project/client management experience
• Experience working with Medicare Advantage and has certified Part D bids
• Experience in leading model development as well as presenting results to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience modeling formulary impacts on Part D costs
• Experience modeling IRA impacts on Part D costs
• Experience with PBM contract Negotiation will be desired
• Familiarity with VRDC data
