Director of Product, Identity

New York, NY
Innovid is the leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform, empowering marketers to create, deliver, measure, and optimize ad-supported experiences that people love. In 2025, Innovid and Flashtalking merged to create a transparent, scalable alternative to big-tech, walled-gardens, and point solutions across CTV, digital, linear, and social channels. As part of Mediaocean, Innovid is tied into the industry’s core ad infrastructure for omnichannel planning, buying, and billing.

We are proud to lead the industry with our innovation, intelligence, and independence as the company best-suited to power the future of advertising.

The Director of Product Management, Identity will serve as the strategic visionary and business leader driving the future of Innovid’s global Identity solutions. Identity is the foundation powering our data-enriched, omnichannel ad delivery, personalization, and measurement products.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the overarching multi-year Identity roadmap that enables Innovid’s Ad Management and Ad Measurement portfolios to aggressively capture market share and scale revenue streams. Navigating an increasingly competitive market and a rapidly changing privacy and identity landscape, you will lead a high-performing product team, forge high-impact strategic partnerships, and serve as an industry thought leader.

You will have a deep mastery of the identity space, interoperability between 1st and 3rd party data sets, and a comprehensive understanding of the media planning/buying ecosystem, CTV/linear TV measurement, and the broader AdTech sector.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Vision & Vision Ownership: Define, champion, and own the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Innovid's Identity portfolio. Set the corporate-level direction and hold ultimate accountability for execution using corporate OKRs and value-driven commercial metrics.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product managers. Establish a culture of excellence, high intellectual curiosity, and continuous professional growth.

  • Market Competitive Advantage: Guide the strategic direction of identity solutions to further expand Innovid’s market differentiation in video measurement, ensuring resilience against ecosystem deprecations (e.g., cookies, device IDs).

  • Strategic Partnerships & Commercialization: Collaborate with business development and corporate development to leverage, monetize, and scale existing data assets. Identify and structure key data partnerships and integrations to grow available assets and build high-value marketplace solutions.

  • Executive Collaboration & Influence: Act as a critical bridge between senior leadership, engineering, commercial teams, and external stakeholders. Clearly communicate product strategy, trade-offs, investment requirements, and commercial impact to the executive team and board-level leaders.

  • Customer & Industry Evangelism: Engage directly with tier-one clients, enterprise partners, and industry bodies (IAB, ANA, etc.) to understand macro trends, drive adoption, and evangelize Innovid’s Identity position in the marketplace.

What You Will Need:

  • Proven Product Leadership: At least 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years managing and scaling high-performing product teams, preferably within AdTech, MarTech, or high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

  • Deep Identity Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of the digital identity ecosystem, including clean rooms, ID graphs, privacy regulation (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), 1st and 3rd party data interoperability, and cookieless attribution methodologies.

  • Commercial & Business Acumen: Proven track record of launching and commercializing B2B SaaS or data products that have driven significant adoption and multi-million dollar revenue growth.

  • Exceptional Communication: World-class written, spoken, and presentation skills; ability to seamlessly articulate deeply technical data infrastructure concepts to business audiences and clients.

  • Academic Foundations: Excellent, degree-level academic qualifications that strengthen your practical and business experience (MBA or advanced degree in an analytical field a plus).

Product Management Philosophy at Innovid

Our Product Management leadership is focused on three key areas:

  • Strategic Direction (The What and Why): We don't just prioritize features; we identify macro industry shifts and turn them into commercial opportunities. We bring vision, context, and pragmatism to enable timely executive decisions.

  • Delivering Scale & Impact: We measure our success on business outcome, margin improvement, and ARR growth. We look for creative, scalable architecture over short-term engineering fixes.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: We foster deep collaboration. Product Management aligns outcomes, Engineering and Design scale the tech, and Product Marketing/Sales accelerate the go-to-market.

Key Characteristics We Look For:

  • Intellectual Horsepower: An outstanding ability to navigate highly complex ecosystem shifts and solve systemic, industry-wide data problems.

  • A Bias for Action & Speed: The capability to drive competitive urgency across teams, balancing speed to market with platform scalability.

  • Inspirational Leadership: Natural leadership presence that builds instant trust, motivates multi-disciplinary teams, and inspires stakeholder alignment without direct line authority.

  • Deeply Analytical: Data is our compass. You approach problems with a rigorous, analytical framework to justify strategic investments.

* Title and compensation will be determined based on experience.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
