Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing social media efforts, maintaining brand consistency, coordinating events, and supporting partner marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate strong follow-through on assignments. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage social media channels, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.
- Create and schedule social media content using Canva, utilizing its full range of features for high-quality visuals.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategies to improve reach and impact.
- Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Multimedia Content Coordinator, and external agencies to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing strategies.
2. Event Coordination & Project Management
- Lead the coordination and execution of onsite and online events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, registration, promotional materials, and venue setup.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring all event-related tasks are executed on schedule and within budget.
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Track event budgets, timelines, and performance, providing post-event reports to evaluate success.
3. Marketing Support & Partner Marketing
- Support partner marketing initiatives by coordinating co-branded content, promotional activities, and joint marketing efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Provide assistance as needed for email marketing campaigns, working with the Multimedia Content Coordinator to ensure alignment.
- Assist with vendor and agency collaborations to support marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media and event coordination within the USA B2B market.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, including its full range of features.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively.
- Experience with event coordination and partner marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required.
