About Inspiren

Our integrated solutions seamlessly fit into existing workflows, capturing everything happening within a community. Backed by nurse specialists and powerful analytics, we provide the data operators need to make informed clinical and operational decisions - driving efficiency, profitability, and better care outcomes.
About the Role
As our FP&A Lead, you will serve as the analytical engine driving Inspiren’s growth and operational efficiency. You won’t just be reporting the numbers; you will be defining what the numbers mean for our future. You will partner directly with leadership to dissect unit economics, optimize pricing models for our hardware and software solutions, and build the financial architecture that supports our resource allocation and growth. You’ll be the first FP&A hire reporting directly to the Head of Finance.
What You Will Do
- Own the Financial Model: Architect and maintain the company’s three-statement financial model, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning scenarios
- FP&A Leadership: Lead the monthly/quarterly budget vs. actuals analysis, identifying variances and working with department heads to manage burn and optimize spend.
- Strategic Analysis & Unit Economics: Dive deep into our metrics - LTV/CAC, payback periods, gross margin analysis, and hardware vs. SaaS revenue streams to ensure sustainable growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage internal data sources to drive ad-hoc strategic analysis and uncover trends in our operational data that can inform financial strategy.
- Board & Investor Reporting: Prepare high-impact presentation materials for Board of Directors meetings and investor updates, telling the story behind the data.
About You
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in some mix of strategic finance, FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or growth investing. Experience at a high-growth SaaS or hardware-enabled software company is highly preferred.
- Technical Stack: You are proficient with modern FP&A and accounting tools and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Inventory Awareness: While not required, experience managing hardware/inventory finance (working capital, supply chain costs) is helpful.
- Analytical Mindset: You understand the nuances of SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, NRR) and can translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Communication: You can simplify complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders and possess the confidence to challenge assumptions when necessary.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA is a plus.
