How you will make an impact

We are looking for a Partner Success Associate who understands the value of nurturing and growing relationships at scale. In this role, you will manage our SMB partners across verticals such as FinTechs (Neobanks, Finance apps/services), Insurance Carriers, Human Capital Management (employer wallets, benefits marketplaces), Automotive etc. – owning relationships from implementation through ongoing management. In addition, you will help own various projects that support our partner life cycle and help support process improvement efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing partnership team, with a seat at the table as we define and strategize on the most effective ways to manage a large portfolio of partners through high touch and one to many tactics.

  • Lead existing SMB partner accounts along with new launches, from implementation through ongoing management 
  • Manage the day to day relationship with your partners and identify and execute on growth opportunities across your book of business.
  • Develop, test, and iterate on playbooks and strategies to maximize partner and Insurify success
  • Have a passion for data, regularly digging into our internal partnership dashboards to understand partner trends
  • Act as a strategic advisor on the Insurify product and best practices in order to ensure each partner is set up for success and sees the value in the partnership
  • Support day to day tactical questions and help us continue to create efficiencies for managing operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on partner initiatives, be comfortable advocating resources needed to accomplish goals
  • Support team projects (these may include competitive intelligence analysis, partner reporting projects etc)
  • Travel as needed visiting partners and/or attending networking events and conferences

What you need to succeed

  • Prior partner or customer success management experience is preferred - but we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to launch a career in partnerships  
  • The ability to self start, learn as you go and bring new ideas to the table – you aren’t afraid to be scrappy!
  • Creative and problem-solving mindset – you are excited by the opportunity to help us create a framework for managing our breadth of partners and help spearhead new ideas to continue to help solve problems and make partners successful
  • You love data – digging into dashboards and utilizing excel to gather insights is something you are passionate about
  • Experience with partner management platforms, such as Commission Junction is a plus
