About the Role

We’re seeking a highly driven and motivated Carrier Relationship Manager with 5-10 years of insurance industry or Insurtech experience. You should be a self-starter with exceptional hands-on experience who thrives on identifying, negotiating, and closing deals while building and nurturing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Ownership: Serve as the main point of contact for existing carrier partners, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and sales volume.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closing: Proactively seek out, negotiate, and finalize partnerships with insurance carriers to drive business growth.
  • Persuasive Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, including periodic business reviews and proposals for new products and opportunities.
  • Strategic Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze data to measure performance, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with internal product teams to implement recommendations and track performance.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in business development or B2B sales in the insurance industry or Insurtech.
  • Proven Success: A strong track record of exceeding targets, negotiating deals, and fostering relationships.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the insurance ecosystem, digital customer onboarding, and core insurance products.
  • Data-Driven: Skilled in using CRM software, BI platforms, and data analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and presenting to senior executives.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive, resourceful individual with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
