Role Description

Brand Identity & User Experience Leadership

  • Develop, maintain and evolve a distinctive and memorable brand identity: voice, look
  • Ensure cohesive visual standards across all channels: website, mobile, social, email, TV, SEO, SEM, offline
  • Collaborate with product and UX designers to deliver distinctive and memorable end to end experience. 

Execution & Optimization

  • Oversee end to end creative production for all marketing assets: TV ads, social media ads, brand guidelines.
  • Use data and feedback to refine the brand, improve user engagement, and improve business performance. 
  • Develop and review briefs, storyboards, concepts, mockups, prototypes.

Customer Insights

  • Use analytics and user testing to shape design and creative decisions that drive measurable results.

Leadership

  • Lead, mentor inspire in house designers, external agencies. 
  • Promote a collaborative environment that welcomes new ideas and innovation.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across product, marketing, audience, retention to develop a comprehensive brand identity and user experience.



Requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience in brand-building, creative direction, and user experience design for consumer-facing brands.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful campaigns, a consistent brand identity, and user-focused design solutions.
  • Ability to use analytics and usability research to guide creative decisions and optimize the user journey.
  • Experience managing and developing diverse creative and UX-focused teams.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing multiple consumer brands is a plus
  • Agency experience coupled with brand experience is a plus
