Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator at Integral Molecular, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role is part of a small team that handles a wide range of administrative tasks for a fast-paced mid-size biotech company with approximately 100 employees. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting the office and lab teams while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.

What you will do at Integral Molecular:
- Coordinate company meetings and events. Schedule and organize company meetings and events.
- Order, track, and manage office supplies. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Use the online ordering system to track spending and ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Support general office operations. Receive and respond to company emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence. Collect and distribute daily mail and other office-related deliveries.
- Manage document organization. Oversee filing and document organization, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate special projects. Assist with the execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are efficiently prioritized.
The successful candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of professional experience (administrative or hospitality)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail, with a strong ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
