Research Associate/Scientist – Process Development (Job ID# 01232025)

 What you will do at Integral Molecular: 

  • Develop and implement metrics-driven process for non-conformance investigations and resolutions 
  • Lead high-throughput process optimizations with documented efficiency gains and reproducible quality outcome  
  • Develop and validate automated protocols for high throughput flow cytometry to optimize experimental success rates 
  • Create standardized documentation for method transfers between teams and projects 
  • Train team members on standard protocols and quality improvement processes 
  • Contribute to new fee-for-service product development 

 The ideal candidate will have: 

  • PhD with 0-2 years’ experience OR MS with 4-7 years’ experience in Immunology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field 
  • Expertise in flow cytometry operation, troubleshooting and protocol optimization, including instrument maintenance
  • Proficiency with automated liquid handling systems and protocol development  
  • Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and process optimization  
  • Excellence in SOP development and documentation  
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and metrics tracking  
  • Track record of implementing process improvements
