This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive stakeholders and the opportunity to significantly shape Intercom’s ecosystem strategy and growth trajectory. This is a chance to significantly influence Intercom’s growth trajectory, deliver improved efficiencies for Partnerships, and work in a dynamic, AI-first, data-driven environment.

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Own and drive cross-functional projects, leveraging industry best practices in areas such as sales forecasting methodology, account coverage models, and Salesforce enhancements. Bring structure and momentum to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Operating Rhythm & Performance Management: Build and run the Partnerships “business engine,” including forecasting processes, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards. Establish clear KPIs to measure partner productivity, ROI, ecosystem impact, and revenue contribution. Ensure leadership has visibility into performance trends and risks.
  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Business Systems. Bring structure and momentum to ambiguous projects such as partner program redesigns, tooling enhancements, and portfolio optimization efforts.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that track partner performance across sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, adoption metrics, and productivity. Translate complex data into compelling narratives and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Innovate with AI: Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance existing processes, automate manual workflows, and improve the quality and accessibility of insights. Optimize relevant content and prompts for our internal AI content repository.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards across all deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder engagements. Proactively document methodologies and frameworks so processes are scalable, repeatable, and resilient as the Partnerships organization grows.
  •

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
