Supervisor, Clinical Healthcare Operations - Bilingual

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for promoting quality patient care and ongoing support of direct reports. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of team members by providing guidance, coaching,
and support and will act as a subject matter expert for the virtual clinical operations team. You will collaborate with direct reports, practice partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of quality care
delivery and an optimal patient experience are being addressed appropriately.

Note: This position is based in Puerto Rico.

The work you will do:

• Monitor, supervise and balance workflow of the interdisciplinary virtual clinical care team.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for all direct reports to maintain an engaged and 
productive workforce.
• Optimize staffing, performance, compliance, productivity, and satisfaction of direct reports.
• Foster a team environment between all direct reports, practice partners and internal stakeholder
partners.
• Collaborate and problem-solve with virtual clinical operations managers to resolve issues that arise.
• Assist with interviewing candidates and training of new hires 

The skills and qualifications you'll need:

• Hold an active unrestricted clinical license (RN, SW, RD, PharmD)
• Must reside in Puerto Rico 
• Must be bilingual - verbal and written Spanish and English proficiency required
• Related renal or chronic disease care management experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role involving people management. 
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Strong computer skills and organizational skills.
