Reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning, this role will work in service of the Marketing Operations team.
What you will do:
- Project Management: Collaborate with the marketing operations team to plan, execute, and manage technology-driven marketing projects from initiation to completion, using Asana to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, adjust timelines as needed, and address any issues or roadblocks to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve marketing operations processes by identifying areas for optimization, developing and maintaining SOPs in collaboration with the planning team, and leveraging marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ON24, and Bynder to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, creative agencies, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution, while facilitating clear communication and collaboration to ensure goals and expectations are fully understood.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Partner with the analytics team to track project performance through reports and dashboards, providing timely readouts with actionable insights and KPIs to key stakeholders; regularly prepare and present status updates to senior management, and conduct post-project evaluations to generate insights for improving future outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could affect project success, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address and resolve problems as they arise.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success with leading and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving marketing operations and project initiatives to successful completion
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ON24, Bynder, or other CMS platforms).
- Proficiency in project management software (Asana).
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of data analytics and performance measurement tools.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Oh, and one more thing … a recent study shows that men apply for a job or promotion when they meet only 60% of the qualifications, but women and other marginalized groups apply only if they meet 100% of them. So, if you think you’d be a great fit, but don’t necessarily meet every single requirement on one of our job openings, please still apply. We’d love to consider your application!
