Job Title: Manager, Marketing Operations
Position summary:
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for providing operations support to the Marketing organization at Invivyd. This role will report into the Vice President of Marketing and will work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders including Marketing, Market Access, Sales and Operations and promotional review teams, Position is hybrid with the office located in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee congress management coordination and booth strategy and design.
- Act as a primary liaison to internal and external stakeholders; support effective working relationships with the commercial organization, agency partners, and cross-functional team members
- Liaise with our medical legal review team and oversee promotional review from a marketing perspective. This in includes material preparation, submittal and post dissemination.
- Support fulfillment of Marketing Materials for the Field Force
- Support execution of HCP and Patient Educational Webinar
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
- Support the marketing team in various day-to-day activities, such as content creation and campaign execution.
- Ensure that all operations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Co-own sales meeting management and material preparation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in biotech marketing or marketing operations related role
- Experience with Veeva
- Experience with Hematology, Oncology, Rheumatology, Transplant or Infectious Disease preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Problem solving and research skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
