We are looking for a Program Manager, Transformation. As a Transformation Program Manager, you will drive multiple workstreams, owning milestone schedules, identifying interdependencies, and mitigating risk. You’ll partner with functional leaders to deliver on transformation objectives and escalate issues to executive teams. In this role, you will coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR), lead standups, conduct dependency reviews, and align senior stakeholders on decisions and trade-offs. You will report to the Senior Manager, Transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate MBR/QBR events and artifacts; drive timely prep, reads, and action items
- Partner with FP&A and operational teams to maintain executive scorecards
- Track OKRs and dependencies across functions; highlight trade-offs and blockers
- Develop and implement transformation plans, including timelines and resource allocation
- Align functional workstreams with transformation objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transformation execution
- Monitor transformation progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact transformation completion
- Identify and manage conflicts, working with stakeholders to negotiate mitigation
- Drive critical path and dependency resolution
- Run stand-ups, status reads, and readiness reviews

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Location: This position can work onsite or hybrid from one of our offices (College Park, MD, Bothell, WA) or fully remote in the US.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $124,704 - $162,618. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, and equity.
Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. IonQ's HQ is located in College Park, Maryland, just outside of Washington DC. We are actively building out our recently opened manufacturing and production facility in Bothell, WA (near Seattle). Depending on the position, you may be required to be near one of our offices in College Park, Seattle, Toronto, Canada, and Basel, Switzerland.
