About Us
iRely is a global provider of industry-specific software solutions, empowering businesses in the Petroleum, Agriculture, Grains, Retail, Warehouse, and Logistics sectors. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are hiring multiple Technical Product Manager to help lead the development and enhancement of our enterprise-level ERP software solutions. This roles will play a critical part in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP solutions that support our diverse business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive platform integrations with internal and external systems, including billing, logistics, and BI tools
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from requirements gathering through implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed system requirements and product specifications.
- Ensure ERP systems are aligned with business objectives, compliance standards, and financial controls.
- Oversee the successful implementation and enhancement of ERP modules, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Manage system testing, validation, training, and user adoption processes.
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, auditable, and optimized for performance and usability.
- Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency.
- Maintain and evolve a strategic product roadmap that supports business transformation and growth.
- Stay current on ERP trends, technology innovations, and regulatory changes.
- Develop and deliver training materials and change management strategies to promote user engagement.
- Maintain comprehensive product and technical documentation.
- Travel up to 30% to customer sites and industry events as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field, MBA is a plus!
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business systems analysis, or ERP ownership, with a background in business analysis and/or commodity systems.
- 5+ years’ experience working with large Integration Projects; integrating product systems; Power BI and Data Lake environments.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience using Power BI
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, functions (GL, AP, AR ).
- Strong knowledge of TAX and financial risk management and the ability to deliver technical and financial solutions.
- Skilled at collaborating with development teams (India, Philippines) and cross-regional business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- 2-3 years' experience with Power BI and Data Lake required
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
- Experience leading ERP implementations or major enhancements.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for documentation and project tracking.
- Knowledge of system architecture, data modeling, and master data governance.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Industry experience in either; Petroleum, Agriculture, Retail, Energy, CTRM, Risk Management are a plus!
