Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Drive KOL and Community Eye Care Providers (ECP) influencing mapping, segmentation, and regional targeting.
- Lead the planning and execution of regional advisory boards, focus groups and other insight gathering initiatives.
- Manage and implement Congress strategy and ECP engagement plans, identify speakers and topics for symposia presentations and booth talks events relevant to Tarsus brand priorities.
- Lead Peer-to-Peer speaker bureau education, content development collaboration, speaker training & coaching and speaker program monitor/auditing.
- Identify new regional and national speakers with expertise to add to the current speaker faculty, develop and lead novel regional peer-to-peer education programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs and Sales leadership teams to ensure coordinated national/regional congress executions
Factors for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field required plus 12 years of related work experience.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing, leadership, sales or other Healthcare Provider customer-facing experience.
- Optometry and Comprehensive Ophthalmology customer experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel.
- Results and performance driven, strategic thinker, self-motivated and excellent project management and organizational skills a must.
- Proven ability to develop productive relationships with physicians and other Healthcare Professionals.
- Strong analytical skills and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written, along with interpersonal and executive presence.
- Ability to prioritize, negotiate and problem solve.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority.
- Strong Clinical/Product background preferred.

- Travel is required - up to 60-80%.

The expected base pay range for this position is $161,200 - $225,800 plus bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits. The base pay range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
