Assist in identifying opportunities for small, impactful process improvements.
We are looking for people who:

Have 1–2 years of experience in program management, project coordination, engineering operations, or related roles (internships or academic project experience welcome).
-
Possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
-
Have clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-
Are proactive and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
-
Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Slides). Experience with data analysis tools such as Sigma or Tableau is a plus.
