How you will make an impact:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team for a 6-month contract (with potential for extension). In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering leadership to drive execution across the organization. You will be a key player in ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth delivery across the critical programs, people, and projects that fuel our success. How you will make a difference:

  • Assist in coordinating org-wide engineering programs such as onboarding, mentorship initiatives, promotion cycles, release reviews, and offsites.

  • Help maintain program documentation, track progress, and ensure all logistics run smoothly.

  • Support the management of cross-functional projects by tracking tasks, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate meetings, capture clear notes, and proactively follow up on action items to ensure team alignment.

  • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to help projects stay on track.

  • Maintain and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports on key engineering metrics (e.g., delivery predictability, productivity, org health).

  • Help surface risks, blockers, and progress updates in a clear, organized format.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for small, impactful process improvements.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have 1–2 years of experience in program management, project coordination, engineering operations, or related roles (internships or academic project experience welcome).

  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Have clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Are proactive and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Slides). Experience with data analysis tools such as Sigma or Tableau is a plus.

The anticipated US hourly pay rate for this contract position is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour. The specific rate offered within this range will be determined by factors such as US work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Please note: As this is a 6-month contract role (with potential for extension), it is not eligible for the benefits, equity, or perk programs offered to permanent employees.
