We are seeking a dynamic Engagement & Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events - both  in-person and virtual - that advance our Clinical Trial Optimization business and deliver exceptional attendee experiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is a critical driver of lead generation, customer engagement, and brand experience. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, service-oriented, highly organized events professional with a track record of producing polished, memorable events that move the needle on brand and business outcomes.

Specific Duties

  • Lead end-to-end event execution across our annual calendar of tradeshows, conferences, and hosted experiences—including internal comms, housing, registration, and staff briefings.
  • Spearhead signature white-glove summits in the U.S. and Europe, convening 50–100+ physician partners in premium, educational, and highly engaging environments.
  • Own and produce monthly virtual Fireside Chat series, spotlighting industry experts and internal thought leaders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Partnerships, Professional Services, and Executive Leadership to define goals, messages, and programming.
  • Act as front-of-house to physician and executive speakers and attendees, delivering a seamless, professional experience.
  • Oversee vendors and logistics, including booth design, venue sourcing, hotel coordination, AV, transportation, and shipping.
  • Manage budgets and KPIs, tracking spend, performance, and ROI across all event activities.
  • Develop compelling event promotional materials, including landing pages, signage, and collateral (with internal and external support as needed).
  • Innovate continually, introducing creative, sustainable, and cost-effective ideas to enhance event impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in event marketing and execution, with a strong portfolio of both virtual and in-person programs across varying sizes and geographies.
  • Experience managing international events and travel coordination.
  • Polished interpersonal and communication skills—you thrive as a front-line representative to physician and executive audiences.
  • Expert-level project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and marketing tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, etc.)

Travel

  • Location: Hybrid role at headquarters in Cambridge, MA or NYC
    Travel: Up to 20% domestically and internationally
