The Senior .NET Full Stack Developer supports public sector data modernization efforts by designing and implementing secure, scalable, and accessible web applications and services. This role will focus on building interfaces to provide agency-specific access to Power BI reports, ensuring data security, cloud integration, and compliance with accessibility regulations. The developer plays a critical role in full-stack development, cloud integration, and front-end accessibility, while supporting iterative, test-driven development and DevOps workflows.


Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET Core backend services and APIs.
Build responsive and accessible front-end components using Angular 14+, HTML, and JavaScript.
Integrate Azure cloud services such as Azure Functions, Queues, SQL, and Key Vault.
Implement and test RESTful APIs and microservices to support secure, event-driven data flows.
Write unit and integration tests using XUnit/NUnit and front-end tests with Jasmine/Karma.
Develop within a containerized architecture (preferably Docker) using Azure DevOps pipelines.
Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 compliance through development best practices and testing.
Collaborate with project leads, accessibility experts, and stakeholders to ensure features meet business and compliance needs.
Support code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous integration efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full stack and support iterative enhancements.


Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of eight years of experience in .NET Core, C#, and full-stack web development.
Strong background in ASP.NET MVC/Core, SQL Server, T-SQL, and Azure SQL.
Hands-on experience building and integrating REST APIs, microservices, and containerized applications.
Proficiency in Angular (14+), HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with jQuery and Bootstrap preferred.
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508) and digital inclusion practices.
Knowledge of Azure services including Azure Functions, Queues, Storage, Key Vault, and container registry.
Skilled in using Visual Studio 2022, VS Code, Git, and Azure DevOps for development and CI/CD.
Experience applying SOLID principles, design patterns, and mobile-first responsive design.
Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and practices integrated into the development process.
Preferred: Experience with Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, and PostgreSQL.
