The Project Manager must have experience in managing Agile software delivery projects, including planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams across multiple workstreams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in project delivery. Responsible for coordinating Agile ceremonies, Jira configuration, and delivery support in collaboration with development, product, ERP, and program leadership. Develop and maintain program boards, assist with planning, and help ensure day-to-day execution stays on track. Report on progress to project stakeholders and support SAFe-based change and planning activities. Prior experience in finance/banking environments and ERP system implementation/integration is highly valued for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Jira for a SAFe-aligned program (workflows, fields, filters, boards, dashboards).

  • Set up and maintain team and ART boards, epics, features, stories, and dependencies.

  • Support PI Planning logistics and execution, including setup, dependency mapping, and follow-up.

  • Facilitate or support Agile ceremonies such as standups, retrospectives, system demos, and ART syncs.

  • Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and story readiness.

  • Maintain Jira hygiene and generate reporting (burndowns, velocity, feature tracking).

  • Serve as a connector across Agile teams, Product Owners, ERP stakeholders, and leadership.

  • Document decisions, manage RAID logs, and help track execution status.

Required Experience:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Agile delivery roles.

  • Hands-on experience configuring Jira for Agile delivery.

  • Familiarity with SAFe practices and roles (certifications a plus).

  • Prior experience supporting projects in financial services or banking environments.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (implementation, integration, or support).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, distributed team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Comfort operating in Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
