Job Description

Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) is seeking a highly technical, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to own and optimize our marketing automation infrastructure. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving HubSpot systems that drive lead generation, nurturing, segmentation, and revenue attribution.

This individual will serve as the marketing team’s HubSpot and integration expert — ensuring seamless connectivity between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, sales systems, and other platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, systems-driven, process-minded, and passionate about automation, data integrity, and measurable marketing performance. 

Job Responsibilities

HubSpot Management & Optimization 

  • Own and maintain HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM architecture.
  • Build and optimize lists, workflows, sequences, forms, and landing pages.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automation flows.
  • Implement lead scoring models and lifecycle stage management.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, deduplication, and segmentation best practices 

Integrations & Technical Operations 

  • Manage HubSpot integrations (ZoomInfo, CallRail, ConnectWise, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot sync issues between marketing and sales systems.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and enrichment processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or automation improvements 

Campaign Execution Support 

  • Build campaign infrastructure inside HubSpot (lists, workflows, triggers).
  • Create segmentation strategies for targeted outreach.
  • Support ABM and ZoomInfo-driven outbound efforts.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization 

Reporting & Analytics 

  • Build dashboards for marketing KPIs and attribution.
  • Track MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue influence.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Present monthly marketing performance reports 

Process Documentation & Training 

  • Document HubSpot processes and SOPs.
  • Train team members on automation and CRM best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with internal data governance standards 

Job Qualification

  • 5–8+ years of marketing operations experience
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub & CRM (required).
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with ZoomInfo and other sales tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, automation logic, and segmentation.
  • Experience building workflows, sequences, and attribution models.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and integration tools (Zapier, native integrations, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • HubSpot certifications strongly preferred

  • CRM data accuracy > 95%
  • Workflow error rate < 3%
  • Campaign launch timelines met 100%
  • MQL to SQL conversion rate improvement (quarter-over-quarter)
  • Attribution reporting accuracy and timeliness
  • Email performance benchmarks (open rate, CTR, conversion rate)

Job Requirements

  • A home office set up that meets the following:
    • Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or
    • AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or
    • macOS 12 or newer.
    • Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:
    • Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.
    • Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.
    • Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.
    • Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
  • Able to work full time 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.

Compensation

Pay rate starts at $7.00/hour and may vary by experience and location.
