Role Overview 

We’re seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React and Python to design and deliver high-impact, user-centric applications on the JazzX platform. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional development—partnering directly with clients to understand their workflows and building intuitive tools that make JazzX integral to their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Product Development

  • Design and develop custom solutions tailored to client workflows.
  • Collaborate with product managers, delivery leads, and stakeholders to define and deliver user-friendly solutions.
  • Lead overall development effort using React & Python and ensure seamless integration with platform services.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.

Embedded Client Execution

  • Work closely with client teams—on-site or remotely—to rapidly iterate and refine solutions.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve solution effectively.
  • Deliver mission-critical tools that directly support client operations.

Architecture & Implementation

  • Build responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
  • Develop overall backend systems, APIs, and data models as per solution requirement.
  • Develop reusable components and integrate with JazzX platform and other client specific services.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with SME’s, platform engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate complex workflows into intuitive solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Iteration, Testing & Deployment

  • Drive agile development cycles with frequent releases and feedback loops.
  • Own the stability and performance of deployed applications, including debugging and optimization.

UI Advocacy & Best Practices

  • Champion design system consistency, accessibility, and frontend performance.
  • Contribute to internal tooling and UI playbooks to streamline future development.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with proven expertise in building scalable applications.
  • Frontend Skills: Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS.
  • Backend Skills: Solid experience with Python, including API design, data handling, and integration with modern frameworks.
  • UX Focus: Strong design instincts and a user-first mindset.
  • Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take features from concept to deployment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing experience.
  • Database Knowledge: Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Technical Curiosity: Keen interest in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven solutions. Continuous learner with a drive to explore and adopt emerging frameworks, APIs, and tools.

  Travel 

This position requires the ability to travel to client sites as needed for on-site deployments and collaboration. Travel is estimated at approximately 20–30% of the time (varying by project), and flexibility is expected to accommodate key client engagement activities.
