Sr HR Business Partner

- Consult with business unit leadership and provide daily HR guidance and support.
- Analyze business, HR trends and metrics to support organizational improvements.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, address grievances, and partner with leaders on organization design and team dynamics.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Act as a change agent to further enhance our growth culture.
- Understand the overall organizational structure and make recommendations as business needs continue to evolve.
- Monitor and provide leadership with guidance on performance management and succession planning
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to make recommendations on staffing needs, identify appropriate roles, interview candidates, and facilitate appropriate compensation recommendations.
- Implement and guide staff on DEI activities and guidelines.
- Provide compensation guidance to leaders to support equitable, market-driven pay practices and support annual compensation process.
- Identify and implement developmental activities for teams and individuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related and minimum 5 plus years applicable experience in Human Resources in similar role
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including organization design, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
- Strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of the business, and the ability to effectively implement HR Strategies to support business goals
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with business leaders and HR team
- Exceptional communication skills, including effective listening, writing and presentation
- Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with and resolve confidential and sensitive situations
