The Role
As a Product Lead at Jimini, you will head up the development and optimization of our core patient-facing product offerings. This role is ideal for someone who is obsessed with creating the best possible experience for users, while also appreciating that Jimini’s users are also patients. The user experience at Jimini is not only how patients engage with our technology, but also their overall therapy experience. Leveraging your ability to create engaging, user-centric experiences, you’ll work across our technology and clinical teams to define the product vision, conduct rigorous user research, and develop experiences that transform people’s lives for the better. We’re looking for someone who can translate clinical expertise into impactful user experiences, leveraging AI to drive meaningful engagement and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Product Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading and shipping consumer-facing digital products from ideation through execution, with consistent high engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions and iteratively improve the experience.
- User-Centric Design Focus: Strong instinct for crafting intuitive, engaging, and emotionally supportive experiences for users, with an appreciation of the importance of empathy in mental health product design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with engineering, design, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to develop and prioritize requirements.
- Experience with AI & LLMs: Familiarity with using AI, particularly large language models, to create or enhance user experiences is an advantage.
- Outcome-Oriented: You’re passionate about creating a measurable impact on users' lives and the healthcare system, driven by clear metrics around engagement, retention, and health outcomes.
- Effective Communicator: You thrive in highly collaborative environments and can articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Problem Solver: You tackle tough, unstructured challenges and pursue creative, practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- User Research and Testing: Lead user interviews, feedback sessions, and usability tests to understand user needs, refine product hypotheses, and validate design decisions.
- Define and Own Product Roadmap: Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-facing products, aligning with Jimini’s clinical and technical goals.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineering, design, clinical teams, and leadership to refine product features, prioritize development, and deliver impactful releases.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Create and measure metrics related to user engagement, retention, and health outcomes; use these insights to iterate and improve the product.
- AI-Driven Product Design: Work with the data science team to integrate AI/LLM functionalities that enhance the user experience, creating a seamless interaction between users and our clinical resources.
- Product Launch and Adoption: Oversee launch plans and collaborate with marketing to drive user engagement and adoption.
