POSITION SUMMARY: FSQA Tech is responsible for the daily checks and records on the production floor, examination of ingredients and finished products, label review, allergens control, GMPs. Employee safety, food safety, food quality. Support company policies and procedures to drive excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Examination of food ingredients and packaging, follow direction written and spoken, mathematical skills, documentation, laboratory skills, other duties assigned by the business.

COMPETENCIES: Mathematical skills, organization, ability to follow direction, communication, penmanship, general laboratory skills and equipment knowledge.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum of 2 years food safety/quality.

Required Experience: Food Safety/Food Quality, allergens, GMPs
