Job/Role Description:

We are seeking a highly driven, execution-oriented Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise client implementations across our SaaS and service-based solutions. This role sits at the center of our client delivery engine—partnering cross-functionally with Product, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Engineering to bring programs to life and drive measurable outcomes.

This is not a traditional IT project management role. We are looking for someone who has implemented professional services or BPO and who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and takes full ownership—from kickoff through go-live and beyond. You will manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, navigating complexity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring we deliver with speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise client programs across multiple accounts and sites
  • Serve as the primary project lead for clients—owning timelines, deliverables, risks, and outcomes
  • Drive structured implementation plans, ensuring clarity on scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Ensure seamless transition from sales → implementation → ongoing delivery

Client Engagement

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and consistently on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Operate as a strategic partner—not just a task manager

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Sales to align priorities and drive execution
  • Translate client needs into clear internal requirements and actionable plans
  • Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to deadlines and commitments
  • Proactively identify blockers and drive resolution with urgency

Program Management & Problem Solving

  • Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously, balancing competing priorities
  • Navigate ambiguity and evolving client needs with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Drive decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments for professional services and/or BPO
  • Startup and high-growth experience required—comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working on SaaS and/or tech-enabled service implementations
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with or supporting multiple enterprise clients with C-level key stakeholders (healthcare experience a plus)

Preferred requirements:

  • Ownership mindset – you take accountability for outcomes, not just tasks
  • “Get it done” mentality – high sense of urgency, bias toward action
  • Smart hustle – able to move quickly while prioritizing what matters most
  • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity – thrives in challenging, unstructured environments
  • Assertive communicator – able to push, influence, and hold stakeholders accountable
  • Growth mindset – seeks feedback, continuously improves, and adapts quickly

Work Style - Growth Company DNA

We are a fast-growing, early-stage company with a bold mission and significant work ahead, every employee at Jaan Health must embody growth company DNA. This means you have proven success in a high-performing environment: high velocity, strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, resilience, and a true growth mindset.

You are both a playbook builder and executor—able to design scalable approaches for today while anticipating what the business will need tomorrow, and then follow through to deliver results.

Our culture is built on five principles that shape how we work, lead, and grow:

  • Care: We put patients, clients, teammates, and outcomes first.
  • Curiosity: We ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and keep learning.
  • Clarity: We simplify complexity, communicate directly, and create alignment.
  • Co-Creation: We collaborate across teams, perspectives, and disciplines.
  • Craftsmanship: We execute with excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Our Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and impact
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents at a low cost
  • Generous Paid Time Off: up to 35 paid days off each year so you can recharge, recover, and give back, including:
    • 12 vacation days accrued annually for rest, travel, and personal time
    • Up to 9 sick/wellness days to prioritize your health and well-being
    • 12 paid company holidays throughout the year
    • 2 paid give-back days
  • HSA and FSA account options
  • 401(k) with company match after 6 months of full-time employment
    • 100% match on the first 3% contributed, and 50% match on the next 2% contributed
  • A collaborative, mission-driven team helping transform healthcare at scale

If you take pride in delivering results, embrace challenges, and proactively seek improvement, then this is the place for you. You’ll join a smart, humble, and collaborative team dedicated to improving healthcare.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
