Product Manager
Affect is looking for a Product Manager to join the team to drive initiatives for Product and the organization. This role will take ownership of making the Affect app people’s long term home for recovery, supporting individuals through the phases of change to the decision to engage in treatment. By providing medical and behavioral services through our digital addiction recovery program, we unlock our members’ potential to not only rebuild their lives but also create a ripple effect of positive change in the lives of their families, friends, and society at large.
Join our incredible team, led by a diverse leadership team that values empathy, personal and professional growth, and work-life balance. - Scaling our program, insurance, and data architecture to handle the state and plan specific requirements. Drive simplicity amongst the complexity of state specific requirements and risk.
- Growth
- Empowering and collaborating with our marketing team to analyze user flows and build in-app experiences that will attract members that are most likely to be ready for treatment.
- Building out data flows to help with ad optimization and conversion.
- Learning and iterating on ways to help potential members move from the precontemplation stage of change to the ready for change stage.
- Increasing efficiency of our treatment consultant operations so that they can focus less on operational workflows and more on the best way to deliver empathetic, consistent, high-quality, and data-driven guidance for potential members.
- General
- You will have the opportunity to impact the company’s trajectory through optimizing key metrics including: cost-of-acquisition, lifetime value for members, lead conversion rate, initial member attendance rates, and reduction of tech-support issues.
Additional Responsibilities:
