The Role
We’re hiring a Brand Sponsorships Manager to join our Sales team. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role responsible for closing deep, multi-year, category-exclusive partnerships with leading brands.
You’ll sell across the full Jomboy Media ecosystem—from ad and sponsorship packages to branded content integrations and the co-creation of new franchises. You’ll work directly with the VP, Sponsorship Sales, and collaborate closely with marketing, production, and talent to help brands connect with the Jomboy
What You’ll Do
- Drive the full sponsorship sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Build long-term, multi-year partnerships across core brand categories (e.g., QSR, beverage, fintech, apparel, sports betting)
- Sell category-exclusive rights and fully integrated sponsorships across Jomboy Media programming
- Package and pitch custom branded content opportunities across YouTube, podcasts, live events, and social media
- Ideate and execute co-branded content franchises with our talent and production teams
- Exceed revenue goals while building lasting client relationships
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of experience in media sales, sports sponsorships, or brand partnerships
- A strong track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals
- Strategic and creative mindset—able to tailor partnership solutions that align with both brand goals and our content
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both brand-side and agency partners
- Passion for sports, digital media, and creator-driven content
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
Bonus Points For
- Experience selling branded content or custom programs in a sports media environment
- Existing client-direct relationships in high-priority categories like CPG, QSR, beverage, or apparel
- Familiarity with Jomboy Media and a love of storytelling through sports
Compensation
- Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000–$220,000
- Final compensation is dependent on experience, skills, and other relevant factors
