Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Services Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships within the multi-family housing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, coupled with exceptional communication and sales skills. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients within the multi-family housing sector.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any concerns.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services, including larger scale projects.
    •  Ensure 100% compliance for new customer onboarding:
      • Vendor packet completion
      • Support AR Collection efforts to assist accounting in leveraging relationships that will help collections of extremely past due accounts, on an as needed basis.
      • Maintain contact Information in our CRM database (FieldAware).
      • Exceptional project management skills, understands the importance of leveraging CRM tools to help them achieve their sales goals.

 

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multi-family housing sector.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
    • Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, research, and existing customer inquiries, both in the office and in the field and track activities and sales.

 

  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial assessment to completion.
    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to address any project-related issues or challenges.

 

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Identify industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the multi-family housing sector.
  • Strong technical background in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems, with hands-on experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
