Job Title: Project Manager – Trades Division (Office-Based) 
Department: Operations 
Location: Apopka, FL  
Reports To: Operations Director 

Bonus Eligible: 10% of annual salary 

Position Summary: 

Josko Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the office-side operations of our Trades Division. This individual will serve as the key link between field technicians, internal departments, and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a commitment to ensuring jobs are executed efficiently, professionally, and with a focus on quality customer service.  Must possess a consistent disciplined approach to track all key indicators/activities and show urgency with appropriate actions and improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Team Management: Lead and support a team of 4 project leads; delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with company goals. 
  • Customer Communication: Act as the primary office point of contact for customer updates, follow-ups, and service coordination on estimation and Job completion 
  • Quote Management: Send customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner; maintain quote tracking systems and obtain approvals within 7 days. 
  • Call Oversight: Check technicians in and out of job calls, ensuring proper documentation and job progression. 
  • Intercompany Coordination: Facilitate clear and timely communication between Josko departments (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, GC, etc.) for smooth project execution. 
  • Reporting: Oversee and manage reporting processes, including: 
  • Month-end reporting 
  • Paused job reports 
  • Daily “Quotes Needed” lists 
  • Pending quotes follow-up report 
  • Workflow Oversight: Ensure jobs move through each phase of the system (quote, scheduling, execution, closeout) with accuracy and efficiency.  Minimize ‘Paused Calls’ or call backs by addressing issues or obtaining quote approvals for new work the same day 
  • Quality & Customer Service: Maintain a strong focus on quality control and ensure an exceptional customer experience at each project stage. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, office management, or trades-related operations 
  • Strong proficiency with computers and CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, Salesforce, FieldAware, etc.) 
  • Excellent organizational and task management skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in the skilled trades industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, GC) 
  • Experience managing or leading a small team 
  • Familiarity with intercompany workflows and reporting structures 
  • Experience using FieldAware is a plus 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
