About the Role

As a Graphic Designer in our Digital Marketing team, you'll create engaging assets for digital ad campaigns. Collaborate with PPC, copywriters, and brand teams to produce static and video ads that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions on digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize & Execute: Develop visually compelling designs for online content and marketing campaigns.
• Creative Asset Management: Design, resize, and optimize assets for JustAnswer across search, display, social media (organic & paid), YouTube, email, and landing pages.
• Performance Optimization: Test and refine creatives and videos based on performance insights.
• Digital Asset Creation: Ideate, design, and produce static images, video ads, hero images for landing pages, and HTML assets for platforms such as search, social media, GDN, PMAX, and web.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align creative output with project goals and marketing objectives.
• AI-Driven Design: Leverage AI tools to generate and scale high-impact visuals for creative and video ads.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively coordinate with multiple teams to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Creative Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze creative performance to ensure alignment with campaign goals and optimization strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Design Expertise – 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing and social media creative design.
• Master of Tools – Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to create compelling visuals.
• Digital-First Thinking – Strong understanding of mobile-specific and responsive design, plus HTML expertise for seamless execution.
• Creative Innovation – Mastery of typography, illustration, layout, and color theory to craft eye-catching digital assets.
• Data-Driven Design – A keen eye for A/B testing and performance optimization to create impactful creatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with business, UX, and product teams to bring visions to life.
• Video & Motion Mastery – 4+ Years of Hands-on experience designing high-performing video ads for YouTube and digital campaigns.
• Strategic Edge – Familiarity with Google Web Designer & DV360 Ad Templates
• Storytelling with Data – Leverage analytics to optimize and elevate creative performance.
• Exceptional Communicator – Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate and sell your ideas.
• Education – Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
