Marketing Operations Specialist - Adobe Marketo (Part-Time Contract)

Juvare is seeking a responsive, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist with strong Adobe Marketo expertise to support campaign execution, marketing automation, reporting, and ongoing platform maintenance. 

This part-time role is ideal for someone who can translate marketing needs into reliable, well-designed programs that connect Marketo and Salesforce, maintain accurate tracking, and support timely campaign delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build, manage, and optimize Adobe Marketo programs, including email campaigns, landing pages, forms, smart campaigns, and operational workflows. 
  • Create and maintain drip and nurture campaigns, including segmentation, lead scoring, routing, and campaign progression. 
  • Implement approved email and landing-page design templates in Marketo, ensuring they are on-brand, mobile-responsive, and rendered correctly across major email clients. 
  • Support Marketo-to-Salesforce integration and reporting, including campaign attribution, lead lifecycle reporting, data quality, and follow-up visibility. 
  • Create and maintain UTM tracking standards across campaigns, channels, links, and forms to support accurate reporting. 
  • Help troubleshoot campaign, form, Salesforce sync, and tracking issues. 
  • Maintain organized program structures, naming conventions, tokens, templates, and documentation within Marketo. 
  • Recommend practical improvements to campaign automation, reporting, and marketing operations processes. 

Required Experience 

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience administering and building campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage. 
  • Strong knowledge of Marketo smart campaigns, lists, forms, landing pages, email programs, nurture streams, and reporting. 
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce integration, including campaign reporting and lead/data management. 
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting UTM tracking. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing requests, and communicate clearly about status and timelines. 
  • High attention to detail, particularly around links, forms, data, reporting, and campaign QA. 

Preferred Experience 

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). 
  • WordPress, including basic page updates and marketing form or tracking implementation. 
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology marketing teams. 

Engagement Expectations 

  • Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with workload varying based on campaign volume and business needs. 
  • Must be responsive during agreed working hours and able to acknowledge requests promptly. 
  • Most routine updates and campaign requests should be completed within 24–48 hours. 
  • Larger projects, complex builds, or requests requiring cross-functional input will be scoped and scheduled in advance.
