
Director of Global Event Marketing
Keeper Security is hiring a results-driven Director of Global Event Marketing to lead the strategy, planning and execution of our presence at key industry trade shows and high-impact event programs that elevate Keeper's brand globally. This role oversees large-scale cybersecurity industry trade shows, channel partner events and customer events, and will be responsible for delivering high-impact experiences that support pipeline growth and brand visibility. This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago. Global travel is required (including weekend travel).

About the Role
As Director of Global Event Marketing, you will own Keeper's global event strategy across major cybersecurity industry tradeshows, partner channel events and customer experiences. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team, manage a multi-million dollar annual events budget and ensure that every event delivers measurable impact on brand and business.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Manage three direct reports: a Specialist of Global Channel Event Marketing, a Specialist of Industry Event Marketing and a Manager of EMEA Event Marketing
- Develop and execute an annual events strategy aligned with corporate and regional marketing goals
- Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks for all event types to drive ROI and continuous improvement
- Industry Tradeshows & Channel Events
- Lead the planning and execution of key cybersecurity industry tradeshows (e.g. RSA, Black Hat, Infosecurity Europe) and global events
- Oversee channel partner events that drive partner engagement, enablement and pipeline growth
- Support the development of Keeper's customer event program, building the foundation for high-impact customer experiences as that program scales
- Partner with Sales, Channel and Demand Generation teams to design pre-, during- and post-event strategies that drive pipeline and partner engagement
- Oversee booth design, content, logistics and staff training to ensure brand consistency and audience impact
- Manage event budgets, vendor contracts and timelines to deliver precise, on-brand execution within scope and budget
- Operations & Collaboration
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors
- Maintain event calendars, track metrics and prepare post-event reporting and analysis
- Stay informed on industry and sponsorship trends to identify new opportunities and refine strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in event marketing and managing large-scale industry tradeshows and partner events
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives across global time zones
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent Keeper with professionalism to partners and VIP stakeholders
- Experience establishing KPIs, tracking performance and using insights to optimize event outcomes
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset and a passion for bold, elevated events
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and vendor negotiations
- Passion for cybersecurity and technology
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time

5. International Transfers
Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
- You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
- You're hired (transfers to employee records)
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:
- Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent (where applicable)
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
If you become an employee, your rights regarding your employee record are governed by our internal Employee Privacy Notice and certain data will be retained as required under relevant laws such as employment or tax law.
