ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Head of Global Wholesale to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the CEO and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will be responsible for leading the global wholesale strategy, achievement of annual budgets, and global distribution strategy for the RTW, Footwear, Handbags, and Accessories categories. This role will manage a global team of ten sales professionals managing the Global Ecommerce, North American, European, Middle Eastern, and APAC regions. This role is critical in ensuring achievement of net revenue and profitability targets, seamless customer experience, and overall business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate and develop a Global Wholesale team to build and manage global account partnerships and drive business through product opportunities, brand positioning, and proactive account management
- Oversee showroom and seasonal campaign execution, including order collection and partner communication
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, PR, Creative) to align wholesale channel with company business goals. Ability to collaborate with all members of the team to create a seamless wholesale business strategy across all channels
- Work with financial leadership to ensure effective and accurate long-term budgeting of net sales and operational expenses
- Prepare reports and presentations on wholesale business to ensure high levels of strategic communication to company leadership and external partners
- Manage and liaise with global franchise and joint venture partners to ensure seamless customer service and brand objective achievement across regions
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with wholesale partners that favorably align with the brand’s financial objectives
- Ability to travel on a frequent basis (30%)
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Interpersonal Skills:
- Extensive experience in wholesale management within the premium or luxury fashion sector, with a focus on the North America, Global Ecommerce, Europe, APAC and Middle East regions
- Proven track record across wholesale, online, retail, and franchise distribution channels
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with both external and internal partners
- Strong ability to translate global strategies into regionally tailored execution plans while maintaining brand consistency
Education/Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in sales within a luxury or high-growth retail environment
- Experience managing large department store accounts, including established contacts in department stores buying departments
- Understanding of budget process, sales, and retail performance KPIs
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of fashion industry and market trends
- Strong digital and IT skills, including MS Office. Experience with RLM & Joor a plus
- Passion and appreciation for the KHAITE brand and product

WE OFFER
The salary range is $250,000-255,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include medical, dental, and vision programs, a company bonus plan, employee discounts and perks, a 401k plan with employer match, and other ancillary benefits.

$250,000 - $255,000 USD
