About the role:
We are seeking an ambitious Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to lead strategic initiatives for our next health system partnership. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior executives and internal stakeholders, implementing strategies that optimize clinic operations, elevate patient care, and drive growth. As a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, you will take ownership of high-impact projects, build and strengthen relationships with key partners, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver transformative results.
You will collaborate with leaders across Clinical Operations, Medical Services, Product, and Finance—working closely with our Chief Medical Officer, CFO, and Chief Product Officer. Based in New York City with a hybrid work model, this role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, giving you the chance to shape the future of primary care
The role is based in the New York City area on a hybrid basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead Clinic Operations: Own the end-to-end management of clinic operations, taking full accountability for clinic KPIs and driving impactful results that align with our mission for high-quality care and operational excellence
- Cultivate relationships with our health system partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with team members at our health system partner, fostering strategic alignment and a shared commitment to clinic success.
- Optimize clinical and operational activities: Oversee and refine daily operations and clinical workflows, designing efficient processes that prioritize high standards of care and operational efficiency. Ensure best practices are rigorously followed to consistently achieve successful outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Finance, and Medical teams to launch new processes, enhance workflows, and integrate systems seamlessly, fostering ongoing improvements in patient and provider experiences.
- Utilize data for strategic improvement: Analyze key data to support operations, uncover insights, and develop actionable solutions that drive meaningful improvements in clinic performance.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm
- Bonus for experience in Healthcare / Digital Health and/ or startup operations
- Ownership mindset, not afraid to get your hands dirty, dive into the data and build solutions from the ground-up
- Strong analytical skills, with mastery of Excel and proven experience with modeling / analysis
- Structured problem-solving abilities and execution skills capable of transforming vision into tangible business outcomes.
- Results-oriented – laser focused on the definition of success and driving successful outcomes
- Collaborative and comfortable working with external stakeholders
- Enthusiastic about expanding healthcare accessibility

Compensation:
$140,000 - $170,000 USD
We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
