As a Snr. Product Manager, End User at KnowBe4, you'll be a key driver in our mission to make security awareness second nature to people worldwide. Your role will be focused on the end user’s experience. You will lead the strategy for a cohesive end user journey across all products to ensure a seamless, gamified, and effective learning environment.
Your high level thinking and deep understanding of both product management and end user engagement will be instrumental in elevating KnowBe4's offerings and, by extension, the security posture of organizations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the integration of gamification frameworks (achievements, badges, leaderboards, or narrative-driven learning) to increase user motivation and retention across the entire product suite.
- Deep empathy of our users pain points and goals, mapping out their security awareness journey and identifying key moments where our learning experiences can make the most impact.
- Leverage your data analysis skills to uncover insights that will shape our product strategy, ensuring we're always one step ahead of emerging security threats.
- Balance the delicate ecosystem of marketing goals, business objectives, and user needs to create learning experiences that are both effective and engaging.
- Work across engineering and design teams to ensure all end user facing experiences feel like a single, unified ecosystem rather than disparate tools.
- Be a capable manager and leader of people, with the potential for two or more direct reports.
- Be a thought leader in the industry, presenting at our KB4CON, authoring roadmaps, and conducting webcasts that position KnowBe4 as the go-to expert in security awareness.
- Manage the ideation process for new product features and enhancements ensuring what we produce is valuable, viable, feasible, and usable.
- Gather requirements through multiple sources, such as feature requests, customer surveys, and interviews.
- Communicate product details with stakeholders, including executive, marketing, and sales teams.
- Maintain respective product delivery roadmap and ensure desirable product operation.
- Build and maintain business cases for KnowBe4 products by collecting, analyzing, and transforming product metrics such as ROI and adoption by feature.
- Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, specifically focused on gamification, digital learning, or user engagement strategies
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience with ticketing and tracking applications (Zendesk, JIRA, etc…) preferred
- Experience with SDLC methodologies preferred
- Experience with LLM models (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
