The Brazil Success Hub: We are finalizing our flagship office space within the Pinheiros / Vila Olímpia / Itaim Bibi corridor; the heart of São Paulo’s innovation scene. We’ve chosen this area specifically to provide a world-class environment for mentorship, real-time collaboration, and community. This role will be on-site 4 days per week. This "high-touch" start allows our founding team to co-create our local culture and integrate deeply with US department heads.
Our 60-Minute Rule: To ensure a sustainable work-life balance, we prioritize a 60 minute or less commute as we want the Hub to be a value-add for those seeking a dedicated community, not a burden on your daily routine. Our current shortlisted locations are all highly accessible via the Yellow Line (Metro) or Emerald Line (CPTM).

- Culture Advocacy: Drive local engagement events and DEI initiatives that align with the global "80/20" (80% global, 20% local) culture strategy.
Operations, Compliance & Management

- Legal & CLT Compliance: Oversee all local employee relations and compliance matters in accordance with Brazilian Labor Law (CLT) and applicable policy.
