Job Location: Kodiak HQ: Park City, Utah preferred 

What will this position do?   

The Partnerships Specialist, with an Athlete focus, will work on the planning, execution, budgeting and strategic content activation of Kodiak Athlete program alongside the Senior Partnerships Manager. This role is responsible for managing the Kodiak Athlete program, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and reporting for the Kodiak Athlete program. This role will build our Kodiak Athlete program to help drive our mission of feeding epic days and wilder lives.

• Form and foster the Kodiak Athlete roster and partner relationships
• Calendarize monthly Kodiak Athlete campaigns, activations and events
• Negotiate contract terms with athlete partners
• Track, analyze and report program KPIs to guide strategy and best practices
• Allocate team budget towards Athlete roster, campaigns and activations
• Analyze consumer data and insights to assist in building an athlete partnerships strategy alongside the Partnerships Manager
• Identify industry trends and all-things social to elevate brand campaigns
• Work cross functionally with team stakeholders (i.e. content, field marketing, social, creative, consumer insights, digital, etc.)

What are we looking for? 

• Brand partnership relationship managment
• Strategic thinker who’s comfortable taking risks and wants to be at the forefront of changing the way brands partner with athletes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is solution-oriented
• Well-versed in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Familiar with CreatorIQ, GRIN, Mavrck, AspireIQ or any creator-campaign programs
