Revenue Cycle Intelligence, Senior Associate

Kodiak Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst / Senior Consulting Associate to support our Revenue Cycle Intelligence (RCI) SaaS platform.

This pivotal role involves working closely with healthcare financial leaders to solve complex financial and operational challenges through data-driven insights. As a crucial link between our customers and our SaaS product, you will enhance data delivery, ensure confident decision-making, and contribute to long-term customer value.

Preference given to candidates who reside in either Indianapolis, Nashville or Chicago 

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare finance and revenue cycle leaders, aiding in data interpretation and actionability.
• Support customers using Kodiak’s RCI SaaS platform to understand performance trends and financial impacts.
• Integrate end-to-end revenue cycle data into cohesive, executive-ready insights.
• Translate complex analyses into clear stories, dashboards, and presentations for CFO and VP-level decision making.
• Align operational revenue cycle KPIs with financial statements for fact-based goal setting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate data, refine outputs, and improve the SaaS experience.
• Provide root-cause insights and distinguish performance gaps from market dynamics using benchmarking.
• Identify opportunities related to revenue leakage, cash acceleration, and efficiency, prioritizing financial impact initiatives.
• Support customers through enterprise changes by providing consistent, financially grounded insights.
• Contribute feedback to enhance Kodiak’s SaaS product strategy and analytics framework.

Required Skills:

• 3–6+ years of experience in revenue cycle analytics, healthcare consulting, or related professional services.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and financial performance drivers.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders, including CFO- and VP-level audiences.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with an "every dollar counts" mindset.
• Comfort working across multiple teams in a collaborative environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in both verbal and written formats.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field (MBA, MHA, MPH a plus).

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with SQL or large healthcare datasets.
• Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies and peer group analysis.
• Experience supporting large enterprise health systems during strategic initiatives or integrations.
• Exposure to SaaS analytics platforms or product-enabled consulting models.
