We are looking for a Bengaluru based Lead Survey Programmer to contribute to our mission by driving the technical excellence and automation of Survey Programming to enable faster, scalable processes with best-in-class quality delivery.   As Team lead based out of our Whitefield office, you will be responsible for the survey programming project operations process at Konovo. You will be the technical expert accelerating our transformation towards automation through your mentorship and support of team members. You’ll partner closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to define quality standards, build scalable automation frameworks, and elevate our overall testing strategy.   This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes ownership from concept through release. You’ll help evolve our approach to automation, API testing, and continuous integration — while mentoring others and shaping best practices across the QA function.   The role is based in our innovative Whitefield, Bengaluru office, with a three-day in-office hybrid schedule designed to foster collaboration and cross-team connection.
