How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Work closely with Client Services to enhance delivery of survey programs and successful projects.• Ensure clients are delighted with the programming process and their experience with Konovo by delivering a well-written, accurate programs.• Help to solidify internal and external relationships through proactive and effective communication and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Two+ years of experience in Market Research Survey Programming, preferably within Healthcare Market Research.
Proficiency in Decipher and/or ConfirmIt programming.
Knowledge of HTML coding and image editing software a plus.
Familiarity working with large databases.
Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in English.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.
High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic about learning to work with new tools.

What We’re Looking For
10+ years of senior sales or business development experience within healthcare market research, insights, or adjacent data services.
Proven success building revenue from new and dormant client relationships.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to introduce new concepts, services, or models to skeptical or unfamiliar buyers.
Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Commercially astute, data-driven, and comfortable operating in evolving business models.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel in support of sales efforts and industry presence.

Our job titles and range posted may span more than one career level for a given job title. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for a variable plus employee benefits. The estimated base compensation range for this role is: $100,000-115,000. This is a commission eligible position with total annual earning potential of $185,000-$240,000 at target.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Qualitative to oversee and manage the full project lifecycle- from bid to invoice. How You’ll Make an Impact:
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of qualitative market research project management experience, in a client-facing role. Strong preference for prior healthcare experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively both to internal and external stakeholders.
Client-First Mindset: Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering value and results.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in market research tools, methodologies, and project management software (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, MS applications, etc.).
Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
