How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Work closely with Client Services to enhance delivery of survey programs and successful projects.• Ensure clients are delighted with the programming process and their experience with Konovo by delivering a well-written, accurate programs.• Help to solidify internal and external relationships through proactive and effective communication and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Two+ years of experience in Market Research Survey Programming, preferably within Healthcare Market Research.
Proficiency in Decipher and/or ConfirmIt programming.
Knowledge of HTML coding and image editing software a plus.
Familiarity working with large databases.
Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in English.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.
High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic about learning to work with new tools.

We are looking for a Client Services Bidding & Feasibility Analyst to contribute to our mission by owning the end-to-end bidding and feasibility process for healthcare market research projects. How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead feasibility assessments for proposed market research projects by leveraging internal data, past performance, and real-time input from delivery teams.
Develop accurate, strategic pricing and compelling proposals that position Konovo competitively and highlight our differentiated value.
Collaborate across global operations, project delivery, panel access, and commercial teams to vet timelines, budgets, and risks.
Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to craft responses that win work while protecting delivery success.
Analyze win/loss trends and evolve our bidding frameworks to improve accuracy, competitiveness, and margin over time.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in bidding, pricing, feasibility, or proposal development in a healthcare or market research setting.
Proven ability to synthesize inputs from diverse stakeholders into accurate, well-scoped bids that align with both client expectations and internal delivery capabilities.
Strong analytical skills, with comfort building cost models and working with uncertainty or limited inputs.
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, especially as applied in healthcare or life sciences.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language(s) a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce or proposal tools is a bonus.
An adaptable, self-directed approach and an appetite for continuous learning in a fast-changing environment.

US Controller

We are looking for a US Controller to contribute to our mission by driving financial integrity, building scalable processes, enabling data-driven decisions and leading a team of four direct reports. This role stands out because it offers the opportunity to build and shape the finance function of a high-growth healthcare market research company, while partnering closely with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Collaborate with VP Accounting and cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights and support the company’s transition to a product-driven platform.
Develop and implement scalable accounting processes, reporting frameworks, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across the organization.
Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements, while supporting strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
Engage as part of a global finance department, partnering with counterparts in the UK and India to drive best practices and solve complex problems.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and high performance across the Finance function.
Monitor cash balances and support liquidity management to ensure adequate funding across US and international entities.
Support the CFO and VP Accounting in preparing and maintaining short and long-term cash flow forecasts.
Support banking administration, foreign currency management, and intercompany funding needs.
Oversee and review weekly AP and AR activities to maintain strong working capital discipline.
Oversee payroll processing and related compliance, partnering with HR to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient payroll operations across all geographies.
Administer and ensure compliance for the company’s travel & expense (T&E) platform (e.g., Expensify).
What We’re Looking For:
Proactive accounting leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to balance hands-on detail orientation with providing meaningful financial insights to support the business.
7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including controllership roles; prior experience in SaaS, healthcare, or high-growth environments preferred.
Proven track record of driving financial integrity, building scalable processes, and delivering timely, accurate reporting under US GAAP.
Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in dynamic, fast-changing environments while partnering effectively across executive and operational teams.
Experienced audit leader, with a history of managing annual audits.
Experience using Sage Intacct (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), and Expensify (T&E), plus strong Excel skills.
Hands-on experience managing banking activities, including cash management and forecasting.
Ownership of month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement across reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA required.
Bonus Points for: Public accounting background, exposure to ASC 606 implementations and accounting for acquisitions under ASC 805.

Our job titles and range posted may span more than one career level for a given job title. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for a variable plus employee benefits. The estimated cash compensation range for this role is: $135,000-155,000 USD.
