Senior Enterprise Software Engineer

As a Senior Enterprise Software Engineer at Konovo, you’ll play a key role in ensuring performance of the integrated applications with salesforce platform. You’ll partner closely with engineering, DevOps, product teams and key stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes ownership from concept through release. You will be responsible for end to end integration between Salesforce and Sage Intacct using Workato.

The role is based in our innovative Whitefield, Bengaluru office, with a three-day in-office hybrid schedule designed to foster collaboration and cross-team connection. You’ll join a global team that’s rapidly transforming how healthcare research is delivered and experienced.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Work on Salesforce technical projects from requirements gathering to deployment, serving as a subject matter expert for integration, development, and administration tasks. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. 
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes, schedulers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 
  • Design and build custom Visualforce pages and Lightning components. 
  • Write SOQL/SOSL queries and optimize for performance and governor limits. 
  • Develop and implement unit tests and participate in code reviews. 
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. 
  • Utilize Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and external services for event-driven and real-time integrations. 
  • Design integration solutions ensuring data consistency, transformation, security, and error handling. 
  • Optimize integration performance and reliability. 
  • Implement and maintain validation rules, approval processes, and automation through Flow. 
  • Ensure Salesforce org health by managing data, running data imports/exports, and maintaining data integrity. 
  • Perform release management and change control. 
  • Deployments using Gearset, Copado, Github(Any one). 
  • Monitor system performance, conduct routine health checks, and perform org optimization. 
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce development and administration best practices. 
  • Maintain technical documentation, integration diagrams, and solution blueprints. 
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices. 
  • Hands on Experience in Workato. Knowledge on Sage Intacct is a plus. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 5 - 7 years of Strong Salesforce Development and Integration Experience. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Deep expertise in: 
  • Salesforce Platform Events, Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL. 
  • Integration design with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, API limits, and governor limits. 
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps processes for Salesforce. 
  • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and other security protocols. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ. 
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). 
  • Knowledge of Git, VS Code, Salesforce DX is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree/Post graduation is preferably in Computer Science like B.E/B.Tech, MCA or equivalent discipline. 
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I and II) are mandatory.
