As we transition from a services-based model to a productized platform, we are expanding our technology team in Bangalore. We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer to enhance and maintain our sales and project management platform, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and scalability. With your help we’ll build a strong, reliable in-house Salesforce development team that will serve as a catalyst for the growth of our business. You’ll be joining during an exciting period of rapid growth and will have a hand in shaping our Salesforce architecture as we build the platform of the future. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll serve as a key resource for our product, marketing, client delivery and sales leadership. How You’ll Make an Impact:  

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to optimize our project management platform. 
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce implementations. 
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web components (LWC)
  • Integrate Salesforce with Third-party applications, APIs, and internal systems
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, Reports and Dashboards to improve operational efficiency. 
  • Ensure Data integrity, Security, and Compliance within the Salesforce environment. 
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to align Salesforce functionality with business goals. 
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce trends, Releases, and Best practices to enhance platform capabilities.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 4+ years of experience in Administration and Development of Salesforce’s Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Functionality with relevant certifications Salesforce certified Admin and PD1(Preferably), PD2 and Platform App Builder (great to have).
  • Bachelor’s degree/Post graduation is preferably in Computer Science like B.E/B.Tech, MCA or equivalent discipline.

 Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Apex classes and triggersVisualforce pagesLightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Proficiency in SOQLSOSL and Data Loader for data loading activities.
  • In-depth understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships (master-detail, lookup, and junction).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce's declarative tools like FlowsValidation Rules, Workflow rules for non-programmatic customization.
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs, Bulk API, and Platform Events.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security, Reports and Dashboards.
  • Experience with Lightning App Builder to customize the layout of Salesforce Lightning pages and create custom apps using components.
  • Proficiency in Change SetsGearset, and Salesforce CLI for moving metadata between Salesforce environments (development, testing, production).
  • Identifying and resolving Performance bottlenecks, optimizing queries, and ensuring scalability of Salesforce applications.
  • Expert in Technical documentation of the project.
  • Efficient Sandbox management like Refresh and post refresh activities.
  • Knowledge of Advanced currency management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Conga composer, Highspot, AutoFx is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Git, Salesforce DX and version control system like GitHub is preferred.
