Senior Technical Talent Partner

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. As Senior Technical Talent Partner you will be a key member of Konovo’s growing Talent team, you will play a pivotal role as a culture champion who helps business partners meet their ambitious business and talent goals. You will ensure we are attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent into our Bengaluru team, with future opportunities to contribute to global hiring efforts. You will be the face of Konovo for the candidates we meet, and your work will be critical to our success! 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles, from job description creation and sourcing to offer negotiation and candidate close.
  • Elevate candidate experience to an exceptional level where top technical candidates feel a welcoming, personal advocate supports their candidacy.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, influencing decision-making, and ensuring alignment on hiring goals.
  • Take ownership of difficult-to-fill roles by developing creative sourcing strategies, building proactive talent pipelines, and partnering cross-functionally to remove roadblocks.
  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking to maintain a steady pipeline of quality product and technology candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications, and shortlist top candidates for further evaluation
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and optimize hiring workflows using Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Work with the Human Resources team on a variety of projects to support our work: interviewer training, employer brand work, sourcing strategies, metrics, etc.
  • Stay current with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
  • Manage the offer process, including reference checks, and coaching hiring managers where necessary to ensure high candidate won and retention rates.
  • Balance speed and quality while maintaining a high bar for talent.
  • Contribute to global recruiting efforts and partner with cross-regional teams to ensure consistency, equity, and scalability in our talent approach.
  • Ensure every candidate feels valued and respected, regardless of the outcome. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience SaaS technical recruiting including a minimum of 1 year In-House
  • A proactive and strategic thinker with ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, self-directed environment
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across different functions and seniority levels including strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with bonus points for experience in Greenhouse
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills. Bonus points for experience working on global teams.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
