We’re excited to offer a new internal opportunity for a Team Lead role within our remote Market Research Operations team. 

The Team Lead is responsible for managing, training, and developing their respective pod for team growth.  Additionally, the Team lead is responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare related market research projects accurately and on time through effective communication with internal/external partners and team members.   This is a great chance to grow your leadership experience, shape how we scale operational excellence, and directly impact the success of our fieldwork execution. How You’ll Make an Impact: 

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the fieldwork management phase of market research projects from partner and sample set up through to project completion.  
  • Managing workload balance across fieldwork managers
  • Ensure a smooth handover of project upon assignment
  • Monitor live projects and key accounts to ensure they run smoothly and adhere to agreed standards and expectations. (Stay cc’ed on specific key accounts as needed)
  • Attend internal and external calls on specific key accounts as needed 

Problem-Solving:

  • Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Group Advisor
  • Act as the 1st line escalation points for project issues for FM team
  • Troubleshoot / provide mitigation plans advise on systemic issues facing team, escalation to department head as needed

Operational Execution:  

  • Oversee all aspects of fieldwork management including sample management, vendor management, data collection, and field reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead by example in applying compliance, privacy, and ethical standards across all projects.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and work with the Department Leads to evolve and improve SOPs. 

Budget & Financial Management:

  • Understand project budgets, manage costs, and escalate concerns. 

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects. 

Team management:  

  • Responsible for overall FM training & development. 
  • Ensure best practices are followed through the project life cycle. 
  • Manage performance review process, mentor employees, and oversee candidate recruitment.  
  • Manage team holiday requests and coordinate with other Team Leads.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively both to internal and external stakeholders. Strong people management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with project management software, Microsoft suite, Decipher and Confirmit, and emerging industry tools. Proficient in Excel. Familiar with quant and qual methodologies.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be main point of contact for FM team.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Adept at identifying challenges and developing creative, data-driven solutions. Ability to follow standard operating procedures, as well as recommend operational improvements to increase process efficiency. Comfortable working with SOPs and continuously looking for process improvements.
  • Results-Driven: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects align with company and client goals.
