As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Client Services Bidding & Feasibility to contribute to our mission by owning the end-to-end bidding and feasibility process for healthcare market research projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Prepare detailed feasibility and costing to assess the viability of proposed projects.
- Collaborate within internal departments and external vendors to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
- Develop and present compelling bids and proposals that meet client requirements and showcase the organization's strengths.
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of submitted bids to inform future strategies and improve bidding processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in proposal development, pricing strategy, and feasibility assessments for market research projects.
- In-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and their application in healthcare settings (both face-to-face and digital).
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration across diverse teams and clients.
- Proactive and impact-oriented approach, with the ability to take ownership of key accounts and drive strategic outcomes.
- At least 2 years of experience in bidding, feasibility analysis, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Salesforce is beneficial

Our job titles and range posted may span more than one career level for a given job title. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for a variable plus employee benefits. The estimated cash compensation range for this role is:
$ 475,000 - 666,000 Pesos
