Solution Analyst, Anaplan

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Konovo is a global healthcare intelligence company on a mission to transform research through technology- enabling faster, better, connected insights.

Konovo provides healthcare organisations with access to over 2 million healthcare professionals—the largest network of its kind globally. With a workforce of over 200 employees across 5 countries: India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and the United States, we collaborate to support some of the most prominent names in healthcare. Our customers include over 300 global pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, research agencies, and consultancy firms.

We are looking for a Solutions Analyst to partner closely with FP&A and business leaders, using Anaplan to connect data, planning, and decision-making. You will shape how models are designed, structured, and governed as the business scales, turning complex questions into clear, actionable insights.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, systems, and operations. You will work across Finance, Sales, and Delivery to ensure our planning reflects how the business truly runs, not just how it is reported. You will act as a thought partner, helping leaders move from data to decisions with clarity and confidence.

If you enjoy translating ambiguity into structure, and shaping how leaders think about the future, this is your seat at the table.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Own and evolve Anaplan models across revenue, margin, opex, and headcount planning, ensuring accuracy and scalability as the business grows.
  • Translate business questions into clear model structures, ensuring usability and adoption by Finance and leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally to align Anaplan planning logic with how the business operates in reality
  • Build and maintain intuitive UX dashboards that enable faster, more confident decisions by Finance leadership and the ELT.
  • Improve forecast cycles, scenario modelling, and monthly roll-forwards by ensuring models are reliable, timely, and well-governed.
  • Drive automation and process improvements that reduce manual Excel work and improve planning speed and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, integrations, and model logic to ensure confidence in financial outputs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong FP&A professional who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, systems, and analytics.
  • 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or analytical finance roles.
  • Proven hands-on Anaplan model-building experience, including modules, formulas, actions, and lists.
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into structured Anaplan models and dashboards.
  • Experience supporting planning areas such as revenue forecasting, headcount planning, margin modelling, and opex.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
  • Comfortable partnering with US-based stakeholders and working across time zones.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Anaplan Model Builder Certification – Level 1 and Level 2

Bonus Points for:

  • Anaplan Level 3 / Solution Architect track
  • Experience with CloudWorks, APIs, or integrations
  • Exposure to SaaS, healthcare, or services-based businesses

Why Join Konovo?

  • Be part of a mission-driven organisation that is empowering life science researchers and data scientists with the broadest ecosystem of healthcare audiences and an intelligent, AI-enabled platform — so insights aren't just collected, they're connected.
