Director, Commercial Operations

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are looking for a Director, Commercial Operations to build the commercial operating system that enables our next phase of platform-led growth. In this role, you will architect pricing, forecasting, territory design, and revenue operations foundations while partnering closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive meaningful organizational change and elevate performance across our global commercial team. If you’re excited to step into a hands-on individual contributor role where you can go deep in data and analytics, apply a rigorous quantitative lens, and use process, programs, and culture change to unlock Konovo’s next chapter of commercial performance, we'd love to meet you. 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  •  Build and operationalize Konovo’s commercial operations foundation including pricing strategy, territory design, forecasting models, sales operations infrastructure, and revenue intelligence systems.
  • Partner with Delivery, Product, Finance, and Technology teams to align commercial strategy and operating plans across the organization. 
  • Partner closely with the CCO to translate commercial strategy into execution systems, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
  • Develop pricing governance, deal-desk frameworks, and commercial policies ensuring discipline, consistency, and margin protection.
  • Design and implement coverage models aligned to customer potential, growth goals, and platform adoption.
  • Establish forecasting cadences, dashboards, and pipeline governance and lead the commercial planning process across global sales and CS organizations. 
  • Align with HR and the CCO to design compensation models and performance frameworks that reinforce desired commercial behaviors.
  •  Lead change management efforts required for Konovo’s pivot to a platform-led model—driving adoption, clarity, and accountability. 
  • Build and scale a high-performing Commercial Operations organization including pricing,RevOps, enablement, analytics, and systems.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A strategic doer capable of designing commercial systems while rolling up sleeves to implement them.  
  • 10+ years in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or related fields within SaaS, healthcare data, insights, or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success building pricing, forecasting, and territory infrastructure during periods of transformation. 
  • Deep experience in change leadership and cross-functional execution.
  • Proven ability to raise the bar for commercial discipline, performance, and cross-team alignment.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy and execution.
  • Global experience preferred (US, UK, EU, APAC).
